Perfect service from the very first moment.

Selecting the product on the website was very easy. Since we had a few questions, I tried calling, and —what a positive surprise!— it wasn’t an artificial voice, but Bea, a very kind person who spoke German. All my questions were quickly answered, and we placed an order for a 2-meter double premium height-adjustable Royale barre.

We immediately received an email confirmation, and throughout the entire delivery process we were kept informed without having to ask. Many German companies could learn from this! It’s rare to feel so well taken care of as a customer. The delivery was announced for Thursday, but it already arrived on Monday, perfectly packed and right at our doorstep. How lucky! We could start practicing earlier than expected.

Since it’s a heavy product of over 70 kg, if stairs are involved and there’s no elevator, two people should handle the parts. The supports come separately packaged and weigh more than 30 kg each — now that’s real quality.

For assembly, the included Allen key is enough to slightly loosen the screws and slide in the perfectly polished bar. A small tip: in the double-bar system, you can align them with a level; we left a 20 cm offset. Tighten crosswise and you’re done!
The product quality is excellent. Nothing moves; the heavy bases provide great stability, yet thanks to the wheels, it can be moved easily (very well thought out). Since we also have clients who weigh considerably more than ballet dancers 😊, stability was very important to us — and this barre is truly stable!
