If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return authorization code. The returned item(s) must be unused and unopened with all original packaging and documentation. You will receive a full refund for your purchase, but you are responsible for the return shipping costs including any import taxes that may be required.
If you receive an incorrect order (that is to say, a product that is different to the one confirmed in your quotation), then please contact our customer service at email@example.com. Dinamica Ballet will offer an immediate replacement with the correct item and will assume all additional shipping costs.
If you place an order with us and decide that you want to add/cancel items or cancel the order altogether, please e-mail us with your order reference code at firstname.lastname@example.org before 9.30am (GMT+1) the following day of placing your order. We will attempt to make all changes before processing the order, but cannot guarantee that a changed order will still be shipped out that same day.
We will inform you via e-mail if a requested product is not available in stock, or if delivery will be delayed for any reason. When ordering through our website, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
For a period of 12 months after the date of delivery, Dinamica Ballet will guarantee the reimbursement or replacement of defectively manufactured products only. Please contact our customer service at email@example.com, informing us and providing evidence of the defective product. After verifying the defect, Dinamica Ballet will reimburse or replace the purchased product and will assume all additional shipping costs.
Defects or damage caused from incorrect use or handling of material or normal wear and tear is not covered in this warranty.
Should your delivery arrive damaged, please do not accept it or ask the courier to confirm the damage in writing. The courier and transport service will not accept claims for damage after delivery unless otherwise stated by the customer and documented by the courier at the time of delivery. Dinamica Ballet cannot compensate the customer directly if a damaged delivery has not been documented by the customer and courier.
Purchasing terms and conditions
The prices of all our products sold online include VAT. As a general rule, the Value Added Tax rate of 21% is applied within the territory of the European Union. However, with the exception of Spain, all intra-community registered companies belonging to European Union countries are exempt from paying this tax. VAT is not applied for sales to all other countries in the world; however customs and excise duty of these countries must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods.
Because of their special tax regimes, the Canary Islands, Cuete and Mililla are considered as non-EU regions. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from paying VAT (The costs of customs clearance and import taxes are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid on arrival by the receiver of the goods).
Usually, these charges are paid for by the importing transport company and subsequently billed to the recipient upon delivery of the shipment. Dinamica Ballet cannot process return orders that are undeliverable because of unpaid custom fees by the client.
Forms of payment
Dinamica Ballet accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Shipments are handled by our warehouse in Barcelona. Unless otherwise stated, all the products listed in our online shop are in stock and orders will be processed the following business day after ordering.
