Avant-Fix Fitness single barre floor mounted support
Designed for high-intensity training sessions, the Avant-Fix Fitness is a floor-fixed support for a single wooden barre. Its exclusive structural geometry, featuring a rectangular base with six fixing points and a diagonal brace, provides excellent strength under heavy loads and fast weight shifts. The Avant-Fix Fitness support features a 28 × 14 cm steel floor fixing base with six fixing points that optimise load distribution. The 50 mm diameter central column and integrated diagonal reinforcement provide strong resistance to pressure from any direction, ensuring consistent stability during pushing exercises, pulling movements and sustained support work.
Floor fixing using 10 cm hexagonal anchors ensures solid and reliable anchoring for safe performance in intensive-use environments.
Linear configuration adaptable to any space
With the wooden barre positioned at a height of 105 cm, the system provides an optimal working position suitable for both technical and functional training across different disciplines. Avant-Fix Fitness supports are designed to create continuous barre runs through precise joining of the barres inside each 20 cm fixing plate.
The required linear length can be configured according to the layout and dimensions of each studio, adapting installations both to compact spaces and larger professional environments. The rectangular base allows positioning close to walls or mirrors, optimising available space and facilitating efficient and well-organised training layouts.

1. The support is fixed to the ground with the 6 hexagon screw anchors included. You will need a professional drill and a 12 mm drill bit. We recommend the help of a professional for installation. Inside the box you will also find small screws to secure the wooden bar inside the cradle.
2. Place the supports in the position of the room you wish to install them, ensuring that the maximum distance between each one does not surpass 2 metres. Mark the 6 points per support on the ground for the holes of the screw anchors. Drill 6 holes approximately 12 cm deep at the points you have marked on the ground. Insert the hexagon screws through the base and tighten them firmly.
3. Loosen the 4 small screws of the cradle with the Allen key provided and insert the wooden bar. Place it in the desired position and adjust all the screws making sure that the wooden bar is firmly held inside the cradle. To join two wooden bars on a single support, insert a bar at each end of the cradle so that they meet in the centre
