What form of secure payment does Dinamica Ballet accept?
We accept the following forms of secure payment: Debit/credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. In regards to bank transfers, your order will be prepared and then sent immediately after we receive payment to our account.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time for ballet barres is between 3 to 7 working days for within Spain and 7 to 10 days to countries within Europe where Dinamica Ballet operates. Delivery time for mirrors is up to 20 days.
Does Dinamica Ballet offer any guarantee on its barres and mirrors?
We offer a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects on all of our products.
Are shipping costs included in the price of the online store products?
Yes, the price you see is the price you pay. We cover the payment of taxes and transport costs.
I live on a third floor, will the carrier come up to deliver the order at my door?
The transport companies we work with generally deliver to the ground floor. If you need your order to be delivered on a higher floor, please contact us before completing your purchase.
Can I return purchased products?
You can return purchased online store products up to 14 days after receiving them and we will refund you 100%. However, the cost of the return shipment must be covered by the client.
To process a refund, contact us by phone or email and we will send you an authorization number for the return. The merchandise must be returned in perfect condition: without having been used, with its original packaging and with the corresponding documents. In any case, in the years since opening our online store, all of our customers have been completely satisfied with their products.
The order has arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as you realise that your delivery has arrived damaged. It is important that you declare any damaged packaging to the courier on accepting delivery. If you you do not have the opportunity to check your order whilst the courier is present, sign the delivery indicating “accepted subject to examination”. You should also request a copy of your declaration from the courier. Dinamica Ballet will not be able to reimburse you for any damage caused during delivery, unless the above steps have been taken.
What do I do if my card payment isn’t accepted?
Payments through our online store are made through secure connection. Dinamica Ballet does not have access to any of your banking information. If your card payment is rejected, contact your financial institution, as we do not receive any details on the reason for rejection. Please also note that you can pay via Paypal or bank transfer.
From which countries can I make a purchase through the online store?
Currently we offer all our products to customers in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, Italy and the United Kingdom. If you live in any other country, contact us and we’ll give you an adjusted quotation.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you have confirmed an order and wish to modify or cancel it, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org before 9:30 am the day after your initial purchase and include your order number. We can make changes or cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been sent out.
