The Opéra of Lausanne reopens

Switzerland, surrounded by France, Italy and Germany, has always developed a high class theatre production. In fact, the Casino-Théâtre of Lausanne was inaugurated in 1871 and this Italian-style theatre has progressively become the Opera that we know today.

The 2012-2013 season will be one the most important periods of the Opera of Laussane history, as it has been recently renovated and it will host numerous cultural events. In this sense, Dinamica Ballet products have been considered to set the scene.

In fact, ISA dance barre (available in 2m or 3m lengths, with or without casters), the only adjustable height barre from our catalogue, will perfectly meet the expectations of the Opera actors and musicians.

After 5 years of restoration works, where events were hosted outdoors, the Opera is ready to start again. More than 140 years of the Opera history will be also published on a richly illustrated book. Therefore, we are gratified to share these new chapters of the history of The Opera of Lausanne.

Dinamica Ballet, specialist in production ballet barres and studio mirrors for dance schools, architectural firms, theatres, is also involved in similar projects aimed to internationally recognised institutions.
